How do I wash my Private Holdings?	Wash your Private Holdings in cold water with like colors. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low and remove promptly.
What size do I wear?	Private Holdings for guys: Our Private Holdings boxer-briefs fit much like a regular boxer, but with the support of a brief inside. Please follow sizing guidelines in each product's description. Private Holdings for gals: Because some girls love Private Holdings as much as the men, here are our size suggestions 2-4 - Small 4-8 - Medium 8-12 - Large 12-14 - Extra Large *If you like to roll them over, as many do, go larger! Sleep Tight gown: These run on the small size, and sizing up always leads to more comfort! Check the sizing guidelines in the product description for exact dimensions.
What is the shipping timeframe?	Private Holdings provide $4 flat rate shipping anywhere in the US through Smart Post, a FedEx and USPS partnership. Shipping typically takes between 3 and 5 business days depending on your location.
What is the material of Private Holdings?	Our Private Holdings boxers are made of 100% Pima cotton. The briefs inside are made of different degrees of rayon and cotton.
What is the material of Sleep Tight?	The Sleep Tight gowns are made from Tencel, which is a wood cellulose derivative. It’s even softer than bamboo! The straps are also adjustable to allow for the perfect fit. One other feature is that the back is 2" longer than the front so you can lean over comfortably. There’s no need for a robe when you’re in your Sleep Tight gown! It provides enough comfort and coverage to wander around the house robe-free.

What is your return policy?	We want your Private Holdings to be perfect, so please inspect them closely on the special day they arrive. If your product is damaged or imperfect in any way, please let us know by calling 1-888-536-1338 or emailing sales@privateholdings.com. A member of our very "supportive" team will be happy to help. Private Holdings will accept returns for credit or refund on purchases made through this website. If the return is processed within 30 days of their original purchase, you can receive a FULL credit. If processed within 60 days, a store credit will be applied. Private Holdings will not accept returns of any item that has been monogrammed. Please fill out the form and instructions on the reverse side of the packing slip and include in the return. We suggest USPS Priority Mail for the most cost effective service. All items must me shipped with a tracking number, as returns cannot be processed without proof of delivery.
Should I expect my Private Holdings to shrink?	Private Holdings products do not shrink as long as they are treated with proper care. Because we use some of the softest, highest quality fabrics, it’s important to wash based on the instructions provided to ensure that they do not shrink. With proper care they will remain in great condition for years.
How do the Private Holdings boxer-brief and Sleep Tight gown fit?	Private Holdings boxer-briefs run true to size. The brief on the inside is supportive but not tight. The inseam of the boxer is standard, but many of our customers tend to believe they are slightly shorter than many other boxers they have worn. The gowns are very soft and supportive so that you can't see through them. There’s no need to wear a robe for additional coverage. Sizing up is advised as most people prefer them to hang loosely.
