RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Private Holdings will accept returns for credit or refund on purchases made through this website within 30 days of their original purchase for FULL credit and 60 days for store credit. Private Holdings will not accept returns of any item that has been monogrammed. Please fill out the form and instructions on the reverse side of the packing slip and include in the return. We suggest USPS Priority Mail for the most cost effective service. All items must me shipped with a tracking number, as returns cannot be processed without proof of delivery.
