Private Holdings will accept returns for credit or refund (excluding shipping and processing charges) on purchases of Private Holdings made through this website only within 30 days of their purchase. Private Holdings will not accept the return of any item that has been monogrammed. Just call our customer service team and they will issue you a return label. If you purchased from an individual boutique, they will be happy to handle your return according to their individual return policies.
Private Holdings will accept exchanges if the product has NOT been worn and is received within 30 days of actual purchase. We require that you contact us before sending back any item for an exchange. Just call our customer service team and they will issue you a label. Your card will be credited (excluding shipping and processing fees) after your item is received and approved. We will then send you your new perfect pair of Private Holdings with a separate transaction.
